Quarry Screens

Boegger manufacture a vast range of pre-crimped meshes in-house at our factory in China. We combine a wide range of aperture & wire diameters to give each screen its own characteristics in terms of strength & screening area, determining the final application of the required screen

All screens are manufactured in High Tensile Steel, Hard drawn Steel & Stainless Steel.

Boeggger have been successfully supplying quarries for over 30 years  -  our products are manufactured to the highest ISO technical standards.

It also know as crusher screen,we can produce a wide range quarry mesh for quarries,mining and chemical industries.

Material: 1) Stainless Steel Wire (302,304,304L,310,316,316L); 
               2) Black Iron Wire,Carbon Steel Wire,65 Manganese Steel Wire;
               3) Galvanized Iron Wire.
Woven Patterns: Plain Weave Wire Mesh or Pre-crimped wire mesh.

We can supply four types of pre-crimped wire mesh for quarry screens:

1. Double crimped woven wire mesh. This mesh is crimped warp and weft,sprung together during the weaving process to provide a rigid mesh;

2. Corrugated crimped wire mesh. This mesh has two crimps in warp and weft directions,between the intersections.This type of weave is used to achieve a rigid mesh when the opening is large relative to wire diameter;

3. Locked crimped quarry screen. This mesh is similar to corrugated crimp with an additional crimp either side of the main crimp to give a firmly locked mesh;This crimp will retain accurate opening throughout the life of the screen.

4. Pressed crimp flat top quarry screen. This mesh has deep pressed crimps on alternative intersections providing a flat side to the mesh.
